3. SMS and mobile information
When you expressly consent to receive sales and marketing SMS messages, Flow Border, operated by HEADSHOT AMERICA LLC, may use your mobile number to respond to your inquiry, follow up on your request and discuss its products and services for your store. Message frequency varies. For an unanswered sales inquiry, Flow Border may send up to seven follow-up messages over fourteen days. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information, SMS consent records and opt-in data will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to telecommunications providers, messaging platforms and service providers solely to deliver messages, maintain consent records, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with law. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be transferred to third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the requested messaging service.
4. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only when needed for the purposes described in this Policy.
